Editorial image provenance

These images are navigation and article-header illustrations, not documentary photographs. They must stay visibly labelled as AI-generated wherever they are used as a primary image.

Source images

Generated on 2026-08-29 with god-tibo-imagen through the local Codex-authenticated provider. The request used a 16:9 editorial still-life direction; the returned files were 1672×941 pixels.

• home-seoul-table.jpg: a quiet Seoul morning table with Korean porcelain, banchan, stainless cutlery, muted rose bojagi and hanji; negative space was reserved for the homepage headline.
• journal-field-notes.jpg: a dark Korean field-note table with celadon, perilla leaves, a red pepper, stainless tableware, blank card, paper and a decorative knot.

Both prompts excluded people, faces, brands, logos, watermarks and readable text. A human visual review found none of those elements in the outputs. No stock photograph or family photograph was supplied as a reference.

Derived crops

The following 1672×941 files are local crops of the two source images, made with macOS sips; they did not trigger another model call:

• dining-table.jpg and family-table.jpg derive from home-seoul-table.jpg.
• culture-notes.jpg and transit-card.jpg derive from journal-field-notes.jpg.

Each crop has a 700×394 .thumb.jpg sibling for listing cards. Full images are used for article headers and social metadata.

All final JPEGs were re-encoded through a browser canvas after cropping. The published files retain the documented dimensions but contain no EXIF, IPTC, XMP or Photoshop metadata blocks.
